Five of the seven Justices of the High Court have got in on this one - the decision will be fairly decent case-law.
Culleton said last week he was going to represent himself as his lawyers wanted $25K in a trust account before they'd go ahead - obviously had a change of heart - but he's got cheap rubbish.
Nothing less than clout aka silk will do at the HC.
Barrister Peter King looks fairly piss poor from the get-go - having his first two opening arguments/applications thrown out in a desultory fashion by Them Honours.
